A special 'Boogie Nights'-themed silent disco walking tour of Victoria St will involve participants in "dance-walking" the stories of the area to an "uplifting playlist of music and commentary", with "occasional singing, and flash-mobbing to the street". One of a series of free silent disco tours around Yarra presented by the council together with tour leader Guru Dudu.
