An Abbotsford man has been charged with burglary and theft after police allegedly found luxury watches, handbags, cameras and jewellery at a Greenwood St property.

Police said they recovered seven watches with a combined value of $200,000 after executing a warrant shortly before 10am at the premises on Friday morning.

In addition to the Rolex, Patek Philippe, Tudor, IWC, Titus, Omega & CK watches, Manningham Crime Investigation Unit detectives also allegedly located Louis Vuitton, Prada, Guess and Michael Kors handbags, cameras and jewellery.

The 46-year-old was taken into custody and charged with five offences, including burglary, theft and dealing with property believed to be the proceeds of crime.

He has been bailed to appear at the Ringwood Magistrates' Court in October.
