AGED care will be in the spotlight at an event hosted by Redlands' University of the Third Age. The event, to be held on Monday, February 25, will consist of informational talks, a question and answer and a morning tea. Speakers include Home and Community Care's Carmel Brennan, who will discuss getting access to funding through Aged Care Assessment Testing. Discussing various aged care services available to the community will be Eileen Kesteven of Blue Care, co-founder of STAR Community Services Peter Mann and founder of Five Good Friends home care services Simon Lockyer. The event would aim to keep older people informed about their aged care options. It will be held on Monday, February 25 from 9.00am to 11.00am in the Donald Simpson Centre, Cleveland.  Cost is $5, which will cover morning tea and hall hire.
