WATCH: $160k worth of engines stolen in daring Melbourne ram raid

A trio of alleged thieves have driven away with an estimated $160,000 in car engines after a brazen ram raid in a Melbourne west industrial area.

They allegedly used a stolen Nissan Navara to drive through the front steel gate at the Ravenhall business before repeatedly ramming a roller door to gain entry just before 5am on November 9.

Police said one of the alleged robbers was wearing a mask made famous by the South Korean psychological thriller series Squid Games.

"It is understood three men drove three separate cars to a business in Barretta Road," police said.
