Don't dream of missing Crowded House's Australian tour

The veteran rockers of Crowded House have announced a tour spanning the ditch in 2024 with six shows planned for Australia and another seven in New Zealand.

After touring from Wellington to Auckland, and almost every New Zealand city in between, Crowded House will perform in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle and Brisbane.

The tour comes as the band releases its eighth studio album Gravity Stairs globally on May 31.

Founding member Neil Finn said he was "so looking forward to getting amongst our people having practiced on the northern hemisphere for a few months".

"The band will be running hot and we can't wait to sing with you and elevate our collective spirits," he said.

Australian dates

Crowded House kicks off the Australian tour in Perth, at Kings Park and Botanic Garden, on November 29.

The band then play two shows in the Sydney Opera House forecourt on December 4 and 5 before heading to Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena on December 10.

Newcastle's Entertainment Centre welcome Crowded House on December 13 and the band closes their 2024 tour in Brisbane's Entertainment Centre on December 14.

Ticket sales 

General tickets are on sale from 12pm local time on May 30 through the Crowded House website, tour promoters Live Nation and Ticketek.

An early ticket release is available to subscribers of crowdedhouse.com or neilfinn.com from 11am local time from May 27 to 29.
